Join us at the Pas Normal Studios Basecamp (Campground H) for a recovery sauna session.
Each sauna round lasts aprox 15 minutes and includes an Aufguss ritual followed by a cold plunge or cold shower.

Join us at the Pas Normal Studio Basecamp (Campground H) for a morning trail run.
Attendants will start with a 5 minute warm up before heading out to explore the beautiful trails of Fort Ord.
Your run leader with be Gavin Murray from Pas Normal Studios. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask by email. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
